The challenge

hakey’s online visibility was not yielding the desired results, or creating new business opportunities at a rewarding pace. Targeting was not aimed at local optimization, or the most gainful search terms. Additionally, the digital customer journey was occasionally unwieldy and rugged.

The solution

ivic conducted an in-depth website audit, which revealed new search opportunities, for local and “near me” optimization. Additionally, we supported the launch of a new website, encouraging new keyword optimization, and ensuring a smooth web migration with the implementation of HTTPS protocol. Furthermore, user experience has been enhanced on key web pages, such as location pages, ensuring an easier, more fluid customer journey.

The results

The hyper local strategy helped increase the organic performance of location pages, while the change in keyword focus opened up new ranking opportunities, bringing in more traffic.
