Making a complex platform easier to explore and request a demo.
Xivic connected journey analysis, live experimentation and implementation to help HireVue improve the website experience around its hiring platform.

The business task.
HireVue needed its website to help prospective customers understand a broad hiring platform and take the next step toward a demo. That made the details of the journey important: what the visitor saw, how the call to action behaved, and how a completed request was measured.
Understand the journey before changing it.
Xivic examined demo activity across landing pages, product pages and the chatbot booking experience. The analysis identified specific interaction problems and distinguished demo-form submissions from chatbot meeting bookings, making the measurement change visible in the reporting.
Put improvements into use.
The team launched successive landing-page variations and added calls to action on platform and solution pages. Testing was part of an ongoing cycle of implementation and review. The team used the findings to replace the previous landing page with a new version.
Xivic also implemented a how-to walkthrough for the Structured Interview Builder, with a video experience for mobile. Navigation and interlinking connected the experience to the wider site. Subsequent work included navigation CTA copy tests, demo buttons on case-study pages and tracking for the new experiences.
What changed.
-
A more useful view of the demo journey
Reporting separated form submissions and chatbot bookings, and documented interaction issues across the path.
-
Landing-page decisions informed by testing
New variations went live, and testing informed the choice of a replacement for the previous page.
-
A way to explore a complex product
An interactive how-to walkthrough and mobile video experience were implemented for the Structured Interview Builder.
-
Calls to action across the site
Platform, solution, navigation and case-study CTA changes were shipped and tested.
Analysis, design and implementation stayed connected.
Findings led to working page and interaction changes, with tracking and review supporting the next decision. The work covered live tests and implemented experiences from 2022 to 2024. Separating form submissions from chatbot bookings let the team examine what each path actually produced.
