Carry service and location context from the website into the next step.

Customers need to know whether a service fits their address and needs before they can act. Xivic helps communications businesses improve service information, discovery and the connections into sales or support so the customer does not have to start over.

The operating challenge

What does sales have to ask again after the website inquiry?

A customer can read an offer and still be unsure whether it applies to their location, equipment or requirements. Start by defining which questions establish fit and which system can answer them. We organize the page and inquiry around that context, then connect it to the approved sales or support tools. When availability cannot be confirmed, the experience needs a clear next step. Measure qualified requests and avoid treating an availability check as an order.

Define a useful first release.

Start with one service and coverage area. Trace an inquiry from the selected offer through address validation and the receiving sales queue. Test ambiguous addresses, unknown availability and a routing failure. Agree the difference between an inquiry, a confirmed serviceability result and an order so both customers and staff see the right status.

Connect the offer to the customer's actual situation.
