BÜNDA project context
Client work

Connect the right studio to the right booking experience.

As BÜNDA adds locations, its website has to help people find a nearby studio and reach that studio's classes. Xivic improved the location finder and delivered booking pages for new studios and presale events.

What the scope can include

Hosting and environments

Hosting configuration, deployment environments, backups and agreed monitoring.

Maintenance and support

Updates, issue resolution, technical upkeep and agreed support responsibilities.

Accessibility / WCAG

Review identified requirements, remediate issues and test important user journeys.

Cookie and consent implementation

Implement the chosen consent platform and tracking controls against requirements supplied by the business and its advisers.

Clear ownership, coverage and release procedures.

Define ownership and coverage.

Agree the environments, supported applications, access owners, backup responsibilities and process for requesting a change. Identify what monitoring covers and how an issue reaches the responsible person. Support hours and response expectations belong in the scope.

Keep changes reviewable.

Use a clear route from staging review to release. Check critical forms, transactions and integrations after a material change, and retain a practical recovery plan. Confirm which third-party services and licenses the client owns.

Accessibility and consent need implementation discipline.

Accessibility / WCAG

Agree the applicable target, including WCAG 2.2 AA and relevant 2.1 AA requirements. Combine automated checks with manual review of keyboard access, focus, content structure and key tasks. Prioritize remediation and retest the changed journeys.

An automated score alone does not establish conformance. Ongoing content and product changes need continued review.

Cookie and consent controls

Inventory tracking technologies and implement the chosen consent platform against requirements supplied by the business and its advisers. Test whether tags honor the recorded choices and whether preference changes behave as expected.

Keep analytics consent, form availability and marketing opt-in distinct. Legal decisions stay with the client and its advisers.
