Fix the gap between the product promise and the user's task.

A software business may need a clearer demo journey, a product change or a platform upgrade. Xivic brings product design, engineering and growth together to identify which constraint is holding the business back and build the next release around it.

The operating challenge

Is the next constraint in the buying journey or the product?

A prospect may need to see how a complex workflow works before booking a demo. An existing customer may understand it well but struggle with an exception the product cannot represent. Those are different problems. We review the evidence with growth, product and engineering teams, define the user task and identify dependencies. The resulting scope might be a product walkthrough, a redesigned interaction or a modernization release. The test is whether it resolves the chosen constraint.

Define a useful first release.

Use one user task to choose the first release. Bring support tickets or observed friction, the affected roles, the relevant screens and the integrations touched. Define the expected behavior and regression scenarios before estimating the work. If the task already works but prospects cannot understand it, test the explanation first; if customers cannot complete it, prioritize the product or integration change.

Choose the change the business needs next.

Evolve the product

Improve a task or add a capability without losing the accounts, records and integrations already using the product. Define the release and regression scenarios together.

Connect the internal work

Connect internal records and decisions that still depend on copying between tools. Make data ownership and unresolved exceptions clear to the operating team.

Turn interest into a useful next step

Show buyers how the product handles a relevant task before the demo. Test the explanation, interaction and next step against actual prospect behavior.

Make the connections part of the plan.

Product, marketing and operations work often touches the same data and systems. We define which system owns each record, what each interface can do and how users move from one step to the next.

For AI features or connected assistants, that includes approved sources, permitted actions and where a person reviews the result.

Set release criteria before expanding scope.

Name the customer roles, records and integrations the release must preserve. Agree how the team will detect a failed change, who can roll it back and what evidence is needed before extending it to more accounts. Include support and operations in that decision.

Which constraint is holding back the next release?

Bring the task, the evidence of friction and the systems involved. We will help distinguish a messaging problem, a product gap and an engineering dependency.
