Financial Services

Make complex financial services easier to understand and use.

Buyers need to understand the offer. Customers and staff need a clear path through the work that follows. Xivic helps financial-services teams improve websites, application experiences and the systems behind them.

Where Xivic can help

Choose the customer task that needs attention.

Explaining an advisory service and improving an application workflow require different work. We define the audience, the decision and the information needed before choosing a release.

  • Clarify the offer

Organize services, relevant expertise and next steps around the questions a prospective client needs answered.

  • Improve an application journey

Make document requirements, saved progress and status clear. Keep approval decisions with the authorized team.

  • Connect and modernize the supporting systems

Define the record of reference, validation rules and exception handling. Plan upgrades around existing accounts and critical customer tasks.

CFGI

Make a complex advisory offer easier to understand.

CFGI advises finance leaders and private capital firms across a broad range of business needs. Xivic redesigned its homepage and navigation and built dedicated Private Capital and AI in Finance pages, giving those priorities a stronger presence on the website.

This example demonstrates website and service communication work. An application or records project begins with a separate workflow review.

A useful first project

Start with the website decision or the application handoff.

For an unclear offer, test one service page with prospective buyers. For an application problem, trace one application type through the first authorized review.

  1. The evidence for the problem

Bring buyer questions or anonymized application scenarios. Identify missing information, repeated entry and unclear status.

  2. The boundaries of the change

Name the system owning each record, access rules and the person resolving exceptions. Keep authorized decisions in the existing review process.

  3. A complete path to test

For applications, include a resubmission, duplicate applicant and failed system update. Evaluate preparation effort and missing-information requests.
