Design the tools behind wellness and workforce scheduling.
Xivic supported NEOGOV’s product team with design and implementation for specific wellness and workforce scheduling workflows. The work connected product interfaces with content, permissions and operational rules.

Different users. Different actions and permissions.
Products for public-service organizations serve people with different responsibilities, permissions and daily pressures. Useful software has to account for those differences in both the visible experience and the supporting administration.
Product interfaces and the rules behind them.
-
Support Wellness administration
Implemented administrative dashboards, content-library workflows, peer-network management and notification interfaces, with completed code handoffs to NEOGOV.
-
Make scheduling states clear
Developed interfaces for open shifts and the different states employees, supervisors and administrators need to understand.
-
Connect the underlying rules
Implemented overtime database and API work, shift-bid status endpoints and frontend/API improvements.
The work behind a usable product screen.
A scheduling screen has to distinguish an open shift, a pending bid and an approved assignment. An administrative screen has to make content and peer-network management understandable. Xivic’s contribution spanned these interfaces and the supporting endpoints, data and permission rules, with completed components handed to NEOGOV’s product team.
