Ongoing product program

Connect a service choice with the right store.

The experience needs to connect what a customer wants with available services and the right store. Product choices, location data and consultation or booking steps all shape that handoff.

From touchscreen exploration to a store conversation.

  1. Make the choices easier to explore

Designed guided journeys around product and service selection, including interactive display and package configuration.

  2. Connect the product to store information

Implemented React and TypeScript experiences with Contentful content and store API connections.

  3. Support the next action

Worked through location selection, address assistance and booking or consultation journeys.

  4. Roll out with the business

Supported phased delivery around store readiness, with release controls and QA for the participating locations.

Release the experience as stores are ready.

The interactive-display foundation and web flow are built. The latest web updates were in final QA in September 2026, with phased rollout work continuing. Store-level release controls let the business activate journeys in line with each location’s readiness.
