Driven Brands · Data integration & reporting

Bring more brands into Driven Dash.

Xivic extended Driven Brands’ operational dashboard with brand and location integrations, reporting workflows and scheduling functionality. The work connected individual automotive brands with the information their teams needed to operate.

Shared reporting, with different rules by brand.

Different brands and locations needed useful reporting for their responsibilities. A shared dashboard also needed clear metric definitions, reliable store mappings and a way to connect scheduling with the broader operating view.

Extend the dashboard where operations needed it.

  1. Connect additional brands

Integrated VitroPlus/UniglassPlus and DPB/GoGlass into the existing dashboard.

  2. Bring scheduling into view

Implemented an Uniban scheduling section within the dashboard.

  3. Keep the location data useful

Updated call-tracking store and channel mappings for Maaco and addressed brand-specific reporting needs.

  4. Make the numbers understandable

Documented metric sources and calculations for the client’s Insights team, alongside admin and franchise-user reporting.

Make the reporting explainable.

The integrations answered where the data came from. Metric-source documentation answered how a number was calculated. The Insights team needed both to interpret reports across brands, while store mappings and user roles kept location-specific information attached to the right part of the business.

How we connect data sources and reporting

Do your brands report the same number differently?

Bring the reports, source systems and decisions each team needs to make. We’ll identify what can be shared and what must remain brand-specific.
